How do I prevent use of my Xbox by anyone not logged into their account?

Open the console settings, while you're signed in with your parent account.

There is a setting for "Signed out content restrictions", where you can prevent anyone from playing without being signed in, or prevent creating or downloading new accounts.

This will lock down your Xbox, so your kids "have to" use their own time restricted accounts properly.

No need to contact support. As other have said all he had to do is change the password. That will prevent anyone from logging into the console using his account.

Unfortunately, if your e-mail information is exposed (by any means) you are susceptible to those attacks.

You can, however, make your account more secure.

I recommend that you reset your password (again) and create a strong one (there are some applications and websites that help you create a random strong password) and enable the 2FA using the Microsoft Authenticator
