    How do I prevent further violations?


    I uploaded a gamer picture at the start of October, it was reviewed as all gamer pictures are and deemed acceptable for Xbox. 30 Days later i receive a four day suspension for my gamer picture violating the Xbox community standards. I had no intention to do so and i want to prevent further instances but how can i when theres no information given about what condones a violation. i have read the TOS and Community standards regarding Profile pictures and account customization and believe i have not violated anything? what else can i do besides write a case review (which i did). Im just distraught, i don’t understand, are gamer pictures actually reviewed by a human team or is it an automatic process? why was it allowed to be uploaded if it doesn’t fit Xboxs standards? i want to show the picture to an xbox representative so they can point out what is wrong with it. is that possible? can a representative that is familiar with acceptable profile pictures give me their Email, Discord, or some type of communication so i have a second opinion?

    Hello, thanks for the reply. the Picture i used is in fact not copyrighted as it was made by my friend who is an artist i commissioned, specifically for my xbox profile picture.     Also, exists the possibility that the suspension is related to a previous profile picture.

    But as I said, is hard to tell. Everyone here can just guess. No one can give you an accurate reason

    Would be great to assist you on this one, but unfortunately no one here including Microsoft customer support is capable to assist you with suspensions or enforcement actions.

    Because is not possible to access to your account and enforcement details.

    If maybe the picture that you used is copyrighted, maybe that was the reason. But I'm just guessing (and basically everyone can just guess)

    Try not using pictures that are copyrighted, just in case
