How do i post a complaint against enforcement?

Wanting to post a complaint against them mainly for the fact I find one of the actions that they take to be
[Mod Removed – Profanity], I don't dispute getting a one day block but I feel something in the block should be done better and is a detriment.

Service Violations Complaint

Phone support/Microsoft Chat Support like to direct folks here to post about their issues with people, but that's against the forum rules. There seems to be a disconnect between them and the forums in terms of telling people what to do. The only thing you
need to do to get the enforcement team's attention is file a complaint against the person doing this offense.

If the person is booting people offline you'd file a complaint against them for system tampering. The enforcement team only looks at complaints filed via the Xbox 360 console, they do not read nor do they respond to this section of the forums.

Someone is stealing my ip adress

It is against forum rules to post other users Gamertags in the forums in an attempt to "call out" or "name and shame" them, do not do it.

File a Complaint against this user, Block Communications and Avoid them. This link will explain how to File a Complaint if you don't know how:

You may also wish to contact your Internet Service Provider and/or local Police to let them know about this as it is against the law in many countries.

This person cannot "steal" your account unless you gave them your account information, which is not stealing. They cannot get you banned either, unless you have done something to violate the Terms of Use or Code of Conduct worthy of a ban and a complaint
was filed against you.

To build on this, you can submit a case review only if your suspension was longer than 24 hours in length (see here for more information). If you have
broken the code of conduct in any way, there may be nothing that can be done.

The Case Review is only meant for a review of a specific instance, not general feedback for the Enforcement team.

Daft Badger

Action isn't instant when you file a complaint against a player.

The enforcement team has to investigate the complaint first.
