    How do I play online?


    I can’t play online on Apex Legends. It says my account isn’t permitted. I have no content restrictions, I’m 18. I tried restarted my console several times. I have the ultimate game pass. It won’t let me permanently delete my data. I don’t know what else to do.

    How do I play online?

    Having a look online, this might be coming direct from the game rather than Xbox. If you have no issues with payments, downloading games especially rated 18, then seems no issue with the account. If you have any other online games, might be worth trying those just to test.

    Sorry to hear you are having issues with Apex Legends. Is this the only online game which is giving you restrictions? Are you able to play other online games?
