    How do I make call of duty Cold War work on my ne a Xbox ??


    I got call of duty Cold War on disk and it was working on my Xbox one but I got an Xbox series x and now it just comes up with an error thing every time and it won’t let me play it what should I do?????

    When I press play it doesn’t allow me to play the game it gives me an error try again later message. It gives me a code which is linked to an update so doesn’t help. I have had a new Xbox and have just done 2 updates for this game.

    How come when I open call of duty black ops coldwar a pop up appears saying purchase game then another pop up appears saying game already installed but still wont let me play mind you I own this game.

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Make sure that these packs are installed:
