    How do I make a warranty claim on Xbox accessories?


    I bought a 'Play and Charge' kit for a Xbox SX controller in April 2022. The rechargeable battery is no longer holding a charge.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    To create an order for an accessory you can simply sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/devices and from there register your console as a device, if it's already there simply click "Info & Support" and then you'll see "start order".

    Under category choose "Accessory" and then the issue type is "charge kit".
