How do I lose my strikes on my account

Hi there,

according to the FAQ in relation to enforcement a strike can have a expiration date when it will be gone.

There is no way to contact the Enforcement team other then via a Case Review option, just keep in mind that you can only appeal (request a Case Review) once.

I can't appeal the action as there are no strikes on my account. I'm not sure what else I can do.

I understand you have a question about changing your email.

You will not lose any progress to that account even if you change your email address because they are already stored to your Xbox profile and changing the email address will not change the data or renew it.

It is definitely safe to change your Microsoft email if you wish.

I thought on removing my account from the XboxOne and then recovering the account, but im not sure how to do this and i dont want to lose all my things, so please tell me if this works.

Just a note of warning : Abusing a glitch or using it in any way that affects the community (leaderboards , gamerscore , etc ) can get you banned .
