    How do I log into my real account?


    I seemed to have logged into the wrong account. My account is RosieThePuppy01, and is existing, however I am unable to access it and keep being put into a random account (that I think I somehow made?) called Cr4zyD3m0nPuppy.

    My real account is still existing, and I even friended it, however I am unable to access it. I am very confused because if it is not under my email, I have no clue what it is under, since my email is what I use for everything. If anyone can help, please do. I’ve had my account for 2 years, and I want my stuff back.

    OK, so after I wait the 30 days, How do I change the Microsoft Account on it? Also, do I have to remain logged into the Account, or can I just hop back to my real one and continue playing until the 30 days are up?

    This seems to be a conflict between a feedback(zendesk?)-microsoft-account using the same email as my "real" microsoft account or something. They do not share the same password, but after following the zendesk instructions, it broke the password for my "real" account. And after fixing that, the feedback one is broken with this behavior again. It also successfully logs out my "real" microsoft account after logging out, despite me not being able to login to zendesk with the password for my "real" account.
