how do i log into an account if i cant remember anything other then the account itself and...

i have no memory of anything for the account and all i use the account for is my games and it has EVERYTHING on it. i really need this account to be able to try and prevent this from happening again in the future for me please someone help me.

If you really dont remember anything at all about your account details then im afraid its going to be VERY difficult if not impossible to recover the account.

Unfortunately I cannot remember the parental account itself (sadly I remember the password). Is there any way to do this without the parent account, or will I be left frustrated in the dust like many other unresolved questions?

cant do this if i am not even using the account as an XBOX profile , there are exactly zero interactions with that account and no one can say there are.

I saw this because i got an email showing the enforcement and went to the enforcement website not because i logged the account on anything related to Xbox
