    How do I link my xbox account to other accounts?


    I just want to confirm my link to my SHiFT account. I have linked the two accounts at the Shift site, but I can't find the corresponding function at the xbox site.

    We can only link one Microsoft Account to one Epic Account.

    We can't check this on the Xbox platform, it is done on the Epic webpage.

    Please, enter Epic website: epicgames.com/account/connected

    Go to Your Name > Account > Connections > Accounts

    If you still can't link your Microsoft account, you will need to open a support ticket with Epic support.

    Does it happen to any social platform you're trying to link to?
    What device/platform exactly are you using?

    Try to sign out from your device then restart it. Once booted up, sign in again to your Xbox profile then try to link again.
