    How do I lift a false console ban?


    On April 6, 2023, my Xbox Series X was banned off the Xbox servers. Earlier that day, I was playing Slime Rancher 2 out of boredom. I turned off my console for a few hours due to some errands to run. When I hopped back on, later that night around 6:30 ish pm, the Xbox gave me a notification that my console was banned. I never received an email stating I was banned, nor the reason. I assumed I was hit with a ban wave. I watched a video saying that I could be banned for up to a month and that it would be temporary, even though it says permanently. I bought my console off of Walmart and they ordered it from a third party company. Anything I can do?

    How do I know if it's false perma banned or not. It said on the site permanently banned but the whole thing 2 days later the whole report is gone. It shows completed ones back in November but this one that got removed was on the 10th of this month. So how do I know the time frame. Some people have got in contact with xbox and have had there bans lifted. How do I do that?

    Hello, sorry to hear that your friend has been falsely banned due to false reporting. The next step would be to appeal againgst the ban and you should do this by contacting Xbox Enforcement team directly as they do not use the forums to communicate. Remember
    to provide as much information as possible to support your case, as this will help you achieve the best possible outcome for your appeal. If the banned person wasn't rude, impolite or abusive towards anyone else while playing on xbox then the chances are that
