How do I know which EA account is linked to my Xbox account?

Root problem: I have the PC game pass and tried installing a game included on EA play. I was prompted to install the EA app and login, I logged in and I saw that there wasn´t an Xbox account linked to my EA account, so then I proceeded to link it. Turns out, there is another EA account linked to my Xbox account.

I used to have another EA account when I played on my Xbox 360, so then I logged into that account. Surprise, there´s also no Xbox account linked to my old EA account so, in short, both of my EA accounts have no Xbox account linked to them. As some already know, you can´t link an Xbox acocunt to your EA account if it is already linked to another account.

Here´s my problem: Those are the ONLY two EA accounts I have, each linked to my ONLY 2 emails that I possess. I can´t link my Xbox account to any of my 2 EA accounts and thus, I can´t seem to download any game included on EA play (which I understand is included when you buy the PC game pass).

I have absolutely no idea what other hypothetical account on EA may be connected to my Xbox account, and I can´t find a way (on PC nor on browser) to know which EA account is linked to my Xbox account. Does anybody know how can I discover this? Or how else can I solve this problem? Because I have tried everything and I still can´t make use of the EA play included on the PC game pass as things stand. Thanks in advance!

Sorry to hear that you already have an EA account connected to your Microsoft account.
Unfortunately from Microsoft side is not possible to view or remove third party accounts linked to your Microsoft account

For this specific concern you need to reach EA support and try recovering the unknown account and unlink it

Again, the EA account was not compromised. The Xbox account was. I am not allowed to link my EA account to the Xbox account because my Xbox account is linked to the hacker’s EA account.

I understand that Xbox can not change how EA links accounts (although frankly they should be able to) but EA is not allowing me to disconnect the hacker’s EA account because, in their eyes, I am editing someone else’s account, which is not allowed.

So my account is just stuck in limbo. I have no options unless I get someone high enough in EA’s customer service that they can override the fact that I’m editing someone else’s account, and based on my conversations so far I don’t think that’s likely. The closest thing I have to an option here is to cancel my Game Pass subscription which I also do not want to do.

I have exactly the same problem. I don't even know what EA account has been linked to my Xbox account. I can't even tell you if it's mine. I've been gaming online since the 90s and I suspect at some point EA have acquired a game title for which I have an account and it's been linked to my Xbox account.

EA tell me the account is "deleted" but won't remove the Xbox link. It's a ridiculous situation and I can't link Xbox to my real EA account while the current link exists. The link between Xbox and EA should be a 2-way agreement where it can be severed from either side. I've been on to EA reps for 5 hours. They really are awful.

As it stands I can't ever play EA games through Game Pass and I'm cancelling my membership until there is a better solution in place.
