How do I know if my console is banned?

HI

My son says he received a fifa 22 console ban from EA sports but I was told that only Microsoft can ban a console. Would a console ban be listed in the enforcement area? How do I check if the console is banned?

No it would only be when you connect the console. And console bans are not reviewable

However ea wouldn't say it

We don’t have access to accounts here on the forums. As mentioned previously, you would need to contact EA Support directly to address your son’s in-game ban/suspension. You can also send a DM to the support team on Twitter @EAHelp for advice.

I’m sorry we don’t have knowledge of the extent of EA’s access on consoles. They do ban hardware on their PC service where they have total control

It is possible the account is banned from EA games, but we have no way of knowing for sure. Even if they have banned the console, Only Microsoft can ban your console or account across everything.

You really should contact EA for clarification
