How do I know if a gamerpic is appropriate or not?

you can report any gamertag for image and they are immediately suspended with a forced gamer pic change, others have also tested this and have the exact same result, have tested this myself on my old account and that was just a solid colour. the system is broken beyond belief and until it is sorted Microsoft cannot be trusted with anything.

Just because others use the same/similar images, doesn't necessarily mean it's allowed. It just means they haven't been reported and the enforcement team haven't caught it yet.

I've used innocent images before and got suspended, after thoroughly looking through rules on the gamerpics I decided to submit a case review which didn't get approved.

This left me with confusion as the reply to my question about why it was inappropriate resulted in a response mentioning things that were not in the image.

I've seen others use the same image for months at a time and have no issues, further confusing and frustrating me.

In all seriousness, I don't think I should have to ask, but if an innocent image gets me suspended I feel I need to ask to avoid suspension.

If you have to ask, then it's not appropriate. If the enforcement team removes it, it's not appropriate.

Otherwise, read through the Community Standards.

That isn't my main point, sorry if that seemed to be the case.

How can I tell if an image is appropriate or not when I

1. Find and use an image after looking through all the rules

2. Firmly see there's no way to interpret it as breaking the rules to any extent

3. After getting suspended file a case report, which doesn't get approved

Where is the line between the solid color of black (can I get suspended for that?) and a Photoshopped alligator just laying down
