How do I join the XBOX 1 X Insiders Previews?

One thing to be aware of, you must be active in the insider program for a while, and be selected for the alpha ring. You will likely start in the "Omega" ring, and after 1 month you can move up to the "Delta" ring. 3 months will get you
into the "Beta" ring, etc.

You can start by searching for the Xbox Insider Hub on your Xbox One console or Windows 10 store. From there, look around the app, and learn the layout. In there the options will allow you to register your console for available Insider builds or content.
What is available to you varies from account to account based on feedback, tenure, and some other factors.
