How do I invite people to join Microsoft Awards so I can win some points?

I guess you mean the Rewards program from Microsoft.

Sadly there is no such a Reward for inviting people to the program.

I guess the reason is that the danger of misuse by inviting many fake accounts is to high.

There are a number or reason why BF3 can win game of the year, well, if they look at the technology side of it. But it'll be a close race between BF3 and Skyrim, MW3 prob win some MP awards, but seeing as how MW3 E3 Awards went, I highly doubt.

Why do people care if a game they like wins aGotY award? Do people need justification with their gaming choices? Many websites, tv shows and magazines give these awards away so they mean nothing. No one here made the game so why do any of you care?

People are getting confused with thinking that what they are getting during the Game is XP but it isn't. That is just score points to fill your score streaks and is nothing to do with XP. XP is awarded at the end of the game as a win/loss bonus and what
awards you have gained during the match
