Hello, first it's a pleasure to be able to help you today.

My name is welcome to the community.

Hello Brad, unfortunately the Rainbow Six Siege is not cross-platform between PC and Xbox.

"Is Rainbow Six Siege Cross-Platform PC And Xbox?

No, Rainbow Six Siege is not cross-platform between PC and Xbox. While the game is going to be playable between different platforms, players on PC and Xbox will not be able to play together.

Is Rainbow Six Siege cross-platform PC and Xbox?

There are many reasons why this decision was made. One, the Xbox One does not have mouse and keyboard support. This is a feature that is going to be a necessity for players on PC as it will allow them to aim better in intense firefights with more precision than what you could do with an analog stick.

It was also mentioned by Ubisoft that they know many people who only play Rainbow Six Siege on Xbox and it would be unfair if they did not offer cross-platform for these players."

How do i install rainbow six siege on my pc after buying it on my xbox

You would need to purchase them for the PC in order to play them on PC. That game is not a Play Anywhere title.
