How do I go about getting a ban overturned or is my time with this company over?

I don't like to give bad news, but if your ban has been denied unfortunately is not possible to undo the suspension.

And permanent console bans can't be appealed

" A permanent Xbox device ban affects the device’s ability to access any online features and services. Xbox device suspensions, where certain privileges and features are temporarily revoked, will lift after the suspension time has been observed.

Note An Xbox device enforcement action is the result of a thorough investigation by Xbox in response to the most severe violations of our rules. These enforcement actions can’t be lifted by Xbox Safety."

Once you appeal thats it

Multiple suspensions can lead to perm suspension

Unfortunately we have no control over bans because only the enforcement team does and they do not monitor the forums. You should have received an email if you were issued a ban. You can appeal the decision and hopefully get it overturned. If not, bans
are not usually long so hang in there and avoid these situations going forward.

You would have had to contact the enforcement team within the first year of the ban to see about getting it overturned. Now that it's been over 2 years, that would no longer be possible.
