How do I give Xbox Customer Support Feedback?

I'm having a problem and that problem is that I talked to Xbox customer support. The person there was so nice and quickly responsive, he had a sense of humor and he fixed all my obscure problems easily. His name was Will and I want to write a good review so that maybe he can get a raise. I asked him and he said something too fast for me to understand but all I heard was "Email.....Feedback....Microsoft." I figured this would be the best place to try because I need to write him a good review since dealing with him was the best experience I've ever had in customer support.

I'm not having difficulties contacting Xbox support. I already contacted them. I wanted to give good feedback on the customer support man to Microsoft.

Usually you receive an e-mail about the assistance with the support, but if you contact the support again, it is not certain that you will be assisted by Will again.

Go to: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us/

See the bottom left part of the page and make sure that the page has the correct region that you are in (ex: United States - English for USA)

If not, click on it then select the correct region that you are in.

Check and confirm that you are within the available time of support under Contact times.

Click Contact us

Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.

On the page, see the provided support articles that may help you with your concern. Click See contact options if further assistance is needed.

On the next page, select either Chat online or Request a call option then follow or enter the needed details.

No, in fact they listen to customer feedback.

That's how the Xbox One became backwards compatible.

However, they are running a business. So while "I want free stuff" can be seen as "customer feedback", it's not a viable business decision to give out more free stuff because customer want free stuff.

Also: You do NOT want to be a Xbox customer, by not paying for a service. Why would Xbox want to listen to feedback, if they get nothing in return from you by following that feedback?

With the feedback about backwards compatibility, they saw the opportunity of people buying more games (or buying the Xbox One in the first place) when they follow that customer feedback.

So they DO listen to customer feedback, as long as it allows them to run a profitable business.

ANd to add, as they refuse to give support: They close the tickets and deny anykind of feedback response as well, giving a very aweful customer service.
