    How do I give the Horizon 5 game as a present to my grandson?


    I bought this game as a Christmas present for my grandson, but neither he nor I can download it (we don't live at the same address). He has an X-box but I don't.

    Do I have to give him access to my Amazon account in order for him to get the code? I don't really want to do that.

    Thanks for your help. The e-mail that I had from Amazon included a link to download the code, but it didn't work for me, I think because I don't have an X-box. Amazon support didn't have an answer to the problem.

    If you bought it through Amazon, you should have been given a code to give him. They should have emailed it to the email on your Amazon account, but you can check the order history through Amazon to get it also.

    I'm trying to play it on the console.

    I haven't gotten any other errors other then it saying it's unavailable.

    I've tried a few methods such as changing my Nat type to open. And unplugging my router. But nothing has worked at all.
