    I got permanently banned for something I didn’t do this just isn’t fair and I deserve justice I had 4 cases on this account and nothing all denied I don’t have 1 clue why I got banned for 2 weeks still doesn’t show a reason this so so unfair I don’t deserve this I play Xbox everyday that I can and I went on vacation for 1 week and come back to a permanent ban for something I didn’t do and I had proof and showed them and I still haven’t got unbanned this is just crazy I don’t deserve this I even show proof pleasr help me get unbanned

    Falsely banned

    switching the browser didnt work either. How do i get my account unbanned I didnt do anything and because some guys wanted to boot me then spam reported me I cant play multiplayer or talk in parties for 10 days. I just dont understand this dont they check
    before banning people

    How do I get someone unbanned that I reported?

    Your friend would have to go to enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review.

    The enforcement team is the only ones that handle suspensions (putting them on and taking them off of accounts)

    The case review process is the only way to contact enforcement to do anything about taking a suspension off of an account.

    How do I get unbanned I got permanently banned for someone spam reporting me and they haven’t got banned but but y’all just didn’t care to even look and denied it right away.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who deal with enforcement matters & they do not use the forums so no one here or at support can do anything.

    You would need to go to the enforcement site HERE & file for a case review if eligible.

    If you have already done that & the decision was upheld then there is nothing else that can be done.
