    Nope still using webroot
    I'd be tempted to disable Webroot and try...you will still have protection from Windows built-in programs anyway. Whether this might be the cause is debatable...however, Webroot and Game Pass do not have a good history.

    Depending on what games you are trying to install (asides from Halo of course), it could be the EAC (EZ Anti-Cheat) which is causing it as that and Webroot seemingly don't like each other....doesn't explain Halo though as that game uses no anti-cheat measures apparently. Still worth trying

    I have webroot anti virus and no I do not use a VPN or proxy. I've been using lunar client now so I can only play 2 servers now.
