Don't worry we will work on this together. The Cloud cannot be manually accessed. May I know why do you want to access your Cloud?

If you dont save your games to the cloud , I dont see a way to get it back. 🤔

Some games are available for PC and Xbox, but are not the same edition of the game, that's why you can't join your friends on a different platform, this applies also on cloud, as when you play on the cloud you will play the console edition and not the PC edition and if the game has not cross progression enabled you won't be able to use the saves from the PC on it

Unfortunately the PC version of Fallout 76 is not cross save compatible with the Xbox version of the game. If you play on GamePass streaming or an Xbox console you'll have to start at the beginning.
