How do I get to access items I have purchased?

I would like to clarify, did you purchase the item from Microsoft Store or inside of the game?

If it's on Microsoft Store, can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the transaction as "completed"? Once confirmed, for cases like this what we initially need to do is quit the game and perform a power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

You either go to a shop to buy them, purchase them through your console with a credit or debit card or buy from a website like Live-codes.com

However Microsoft points are region locked, so make sure to buy those which match your region.

Could I know if more than 24 hours have passed since the date of purchase? According to the following article from Ubisoft, “If your purchase has not appeared in your game after 24 hours, please get in touch, providing us with a screenshot of your transaction history and letting us know which store you purchased your R6 credits from.”

i would like to play it on pc

i played cloud gaming with xbox game pass ulimate and i got the credits and i just loaded up the game on my ubisoft after
