How do I get the suspension on my Minecraft account lifted?

My Minecraft account was hacked and I am looking to have the suspension on it lifted. I've already regained control of my Microsoft account and secured it by changing the emails on it, changing my passwords, enabling two factor authentication (2FA), and reviewing my account activity. I've reached out to customer support several times, but despite these steps, I continue to only receive automated responses and have been unable to resolve my issue. I have not been able to speak to a human representative.

Here’s a summary of the situation:

My Minecraft account was hacked, and I’ve regained access.

The account was suspended without my permission following the hack, and I have since secured it.

I’ve changed my password and enabled 2FA for extra security.

I’ve already reached out to support several times, but I am still receiving automated replies.

Hello,

Please clarify. When you say you contacted support, do you mean Microsoft/Xbox Support or Minecraft Support?

To appeal a Minecraft specific ban, submit a case review/appeal - different from their general help request form

But here's the problem now it's after the suspension was supposed to be lifted and they still haven't lifted it but yet there's nobody you're allowed to contact to get it lifted because customer service says that they have no idea how to do anything
