    How do I get the store to recognize I preordered the vault edition for Modern Warfare II so...


    I preordered the cross gen bundle for the new Modern Warfare II and now it says I don’t own the cross gen bundle and it took the old gen version out of my library, and because of this I can’t upgrade to the vault edition for $30 it says I have to pay $99. It also said I was able to get it for $30 yesterday and now I can’t anymore even though the description still says I should be able to.

    Yes. You will need a Microsoft Account to download games from Microsoft Store or Xbox, and play them in Online mode.

    However, neither the Vault Edition nor the Cross-Gen Bundle of Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II is included with Xbox Game Pass. Therefore, you do not need an XGP membership.

    I apologize but there is no option to upgrade if it’s from a game sharing only. I also checked the “ Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II - Vault Edition Pack” but it’s not available on the store, only redeemed code.
