    M3tal is correct. Unless you live in a country where VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in the price you must account for tax on all purchases. Sadly, when you purchase a gift card from a retailer you get charged twice for tax. Once at the store and then
    again when you purchase a digital item. For this reason I tend to use a credit card or paypal for my purchases. This way I only pay tax once form my content.

    i just bought a 25$ gift card and i have on my account 6$ so thats will be = 31$ < so i went to buy a game

    thats 30$ but when i click buy it says " how would you like to pay the rest?" .

    is there a way to fix this

    There is nothing to fix. If you notice the game prices are $ + tax as every item you purchase. The tax rate is based on the state you are located.

    If you’re unable to read all 25 characters of your digital code, you’ll need to request a replacement code by contacting support

    When you contact support, make sure to provide the proof of purchase, the serial number, and a picture of the damaged code.

    Note Please take a picture of the front and back of the card or take a picture of the receipt where the code is printed, so that support can verify the damage, as well.

    If the code was purchased from another retailer, make sure to provide the same details when working with the retailer.
