If you are chosen it will be sent to your messages directly from Xbox. It's completely random though so you either get it or your don't (like me). I'm pretty sure the algorithm is based heavily towards people who don't spend as much in the store.

At this point it does seem like its random and luck of the draw.If you were lucky congratulations with the Black Friday deals, there are plenty of games reduced to spend it on.
