How do I get suspended for clipping a cutscene off Witcher 3

I reported it first but then get suspended for clipping it makes no sense will be proceeding with legal matters within 24 hours if case not reviewed thoroughly

If Xbox discovers that a game clip or screenshot is inappropriate for the service, the content is removed and your ability to share clips and screenshots may be revoked for a period of days. To prevent this issue from happening in the future, I recommend turning off automatic uploading on your console. To turn off automatic uploading, press the Xbox button to open the guide, then go to Profile & system > Settings > Preferences > Capture & share > Automatically upload.

So many great cutscenes in games in general i know i have some favorites in Final Fantasy, Mass effect, Fatal Frame, but some of my more recent favorites are some of the ones in the Witcher 3, and Red Dead Redemption 2! I also agree with the gears of war
3 cutscene when the song is playing <3

i had similar issue with the witcher 3 stuff - had to uninstall the add-ons, reboot (full power off) and then restart again and then get them to redownload - could try doing that for this

First off Sigma, you are wrong.. there is no area in the HDD for clips.. all of the clips are saved to cloud... not locally.. how do we know this?? go to your phone... go to Smart glass,, go to my clips... how did they get there??? MAGIC!
