how do I get support on me and my friend being accused of Ddosing and me being falsey reported?

I would highly recommend you report the gamer and your conversation/messages with him and let the Xbox enforcement team investigate this. Kindly check this link for detailed guidelines on how to report the player:

You've got nothing to worry since this is a false accusation as long as you haven't done anything against the Xbox code of conduct. I would also recommend that you block the player.

Blocking another player prevents you from receiving that player’s messages, game invites, and party invites. It also prevents the player from seeing your online activity and removes them from your friends list, if they were on it.

Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open the guide.

Select People, and then select the gamertag of the player whom you want to block.

NOTE: If the player isn’t on your friend's list, select Recent Players or Find someone and enter the player’s gamertag to search.

From the player’s profile, select Report or Block, and then select Block.

You can also block a player after receiving an offensive or inappropriate message.

Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open the guide, and then go to Parties & Chats > Chat requests.

Select the conversation that contains the player whom you want to block.

Select the More actions button  > View profile > Report or block > Block.

Try not to worry. Like Darhyl said as long as you are not doing anything bad you should be fine. I'm sure Microsoft/Xbox gets false reports all the time. Just ignore/block/report the person. They're the evil scum of the world.

Yeah, I hear what you're saying. But how do I lose 35 points in one day! I called customer service and they said someone might have accused me of cheating, and my points are being taken away, that sucks cuz I don't cheat and I earned my points. And my long
time friends wouldn't accuse me of that. So, I'm probably gonna have to start unfriending some fools.

shame??? i was suggested/told by support (xbox live) step by step while she was on the phone what to do, how to report and to put everything that was said, INCLUDING the gamertag of the person harassing so that support can know who it is and do their investigation...


are you mod here??? it's obvious you're not a very good one accusing people and saying "such anger"... you don't understand that parent(s) get very angry when their kids are bullied and harassed??? maybe you should learn a little more about being a mod
or customer support...
