How do I get someone to help me with my elite controller series 2?! Microsoft support is...

Hello everybody.

1 month ago I send in my Elite Series 2 because it was broken.

I didnt got any response or anything around that my controller is in.

After one month still no response

Can someone tell me how to get my controller back and repaired 😬

My controller Xbox elite series 2 is also doing the same thing. I guess Microsoft just could care less if your 180 dollar controller works right or not. I can guarantee that I will never buy another Xbox product for my PC as the support is horrible and you get stupid answers like this. Just try what someone else did....

Thanks for the reply. The Elite controller series 2 has various methods of mapping the buttons and paddles as compared to the series 1. If you haven't done so already, I recommend taking a look at the following support articles that

The standard Series X controller has a default stick tension that is not adjustable. However, the Elite Series 2 controller has adjustable stick tension with three different settings as you mentioned in your question. With the Elite Series 2 controller, you can increase or decrease the stick resistance according to your preference.

I got my controller back and the left stick was still stuck. I don't know If they test the controllers(obviously not) but I do know that if they couldn't fix the controller(which they didn't) they would replace it. I didn't get a replacement, my controller wasn't repaired. An series 2 Elite controller is quite expensive I don't understand why they treat It likes it's nothing. I'm not made of money, please someone help me.
