    I am unable to claim my rewards points. I want to redeem my points for a $50 gift card. But when I try to the website, the app on phone, and on the xbox all say there is something wrong with my account. Ive sent the support several support request with no response. And it says they will respond in 24 hrs. Ive sent at least 20 request. Nothing in my junk or spam. These guys simply dont care.

    I apologize, Duane. It just so happen that with this case, it is necessary for the Rewards Team to check your account.

    That's indeed odd and I apologize but in this case, if there are no help from Microsoft Rewards Team you can also try reaching out to Xbox Support, Duane.

    It says 24 hrs they will respond. I've been going on almost a year now with no help. I send a request maybe once every 3 weeks or so. Should I wait longer?
