Did you sign up for the Console Purchase Pilot through the Xbox Insider Hub like the article that you linked says to?

"If you’re interested in potentially buying an Xbox Series X or Xbox Series S, you’ll need to hop into the Xbox Insider Hub and sign up for the Console Purchase Pilot through there. Good news if you signed up last time and weren’t selected: Microsoft says that you’ve already opted into this round and won’t need to do anything for the chance to be selected again."

Yeah pretty much the same, I checked one Xbox one s had a 4.6gig update boom got the new dashboard I do the same on my series x and got a 4.6 update and boom same old dashboard nothing new, excepts having to sign in and set up the console like I just got it for the first time and then couldn't move my games from my external to my internal no matter what I tried end up only working after copying the game so no longer part of the insider hub just going to wait for the new dashboard when it's released to everyone if they do release it

I've been having the same issue as well and got the same response when I reached out . That no one else is expecting this problem but it looks like I'm not the only one . Series x and part of the insider program can we get a fix for this?
