How do I get rid of the happening now tab on my friends list

The problem is the being able to see the friends list at the beggining what people do is they get into a lobby with 1 of there friends then they back out instead of having to go through there friends list or recent players they just back out to the main
menu and rejoin there friend instantly which in most cases puts them on the opposite team , then they tactical insert and feed there friend kills for scorestreaks. Trust me this happens alot whenever your in a lobby and it takes 5 minutes for the game to start
because poeple keep leaving and rejoining this is whats happening. All they need to do is get rid of the friends list in the black ops 2 menu. People wouldnt be able to do this if they had to go to there friends list like normal. It is especially rampant on
Hardcore game modes , its really sad how people have to always find a way to cheat , it happens TO MUCH.

Better clean out your friends list now .Get rid of anyone you dont know.

I have changed my privacy settings to friends only and I'm still getting spammed on xbox. I've checked to see if any of the spammers are on my friends' friends list and they aren't. I've checked the spammers profiles and they don't even have GS. Now how
in the world is this happening?

The ability to completely edit my dashboard. Get rid of the mixer and community tabs for a bit cleaner of an experience and be rid of the things I hardly use.
