how do I get rid of the crossplay notification?

Thanks for letting me know my prior solution didn’t fix the issue. I do have some further strategies to try:

1. Launch Call of Duty and go to the Options menu.
   
2. Scroll over to the Account tab on the right-hand side of the screen.
   
3. You will see an option for Crossplay. By default, it is enabled. Disable it to only play with other players on the same platform.
   
4. Please note that crossplay can’t be changed while searching for a lobby. Your friends on other platforms also won’t be able to join your party if you have crossplay disabled. For your reference, you can also check: Crossplay and Cross-Progression in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (activision.com)
   

Please give those a shot and let me know if they work for you! If they don’t, we highly suggest contacting Activision Support so they can check your in-game account and help you further on fixing the issue. You can reach them on this link: Activision Support

What we really want to know is how to stop the NOTIFICATIONS. We know how to turn off crossplay, We want to know how to turn off NOTIFICATIONS that pop up after EVERY match.

We understand you are having issues with playing match on Call of Duty. No worries, I will do my best to help you sort this out. Based on the details you provided, it shows that your account is not allowed to access cross play feature due to how your account was set-up.

This notification is related to your privacy and online safety settings, which may prevent you from playing with other platforms. To turn off this notification, please follow these steps on your Xbox Console:

1. Go to Settings > Account > Privacy & online safety.

2. Select Xbox Live privacy.

3. Choose View details & customize.

4. Select Communication & multiplayer.

5. Change the option for You can play with people outside of Xbox Live to Allow or Block, depending on your preference.

6. Restart your console and launch Call of Duty again.

You may also go to https://account.xbox.com/en-us/Settings and manage your Xbox/Windows Privacy settings using your Adult account. Make sure accessing online features are allowed.
