How do I get rid of follow bots?

Unfortunately, we cannot control who's going to follow us. That's really fine because it's like they're trying to add you as friend - as long as you don't accept or add them back, they cannot be part of your friend's list. You shouldn't get banned for that because the Xbox Enforcement team take each report or case into consideration before doing such actions. As long as you do not violate the Xbox Community Standards https://www.xbox.com/legal/community-standards then you're safe.

You may instead change or edit your privacy settings to control how you communicate or share your account information online.

Is there better or faster way i can remove these “bot” followers? Because it would take forever to block them and remove them individually, please help me. I really would like these bots removed from my followers list, they all have 0 gamer score so you can tell they’re bots. There doesn’t really seem like there’s a way to prevent people from following you, but i would like to get rid of these bot followers if there’s a way i can do that.

You won't get banned, as you have done nothing wrong. You can block & report each one, or leave them. It won't affect your account.

Bots are always going to pop up. Get rid of one and two more replace it. I just ignore the notifications about getting a new follower. If they don't constantly send messages I forget about them and carry on with my day.

Yes i understand i have been banned for botted followers but what im saying I DID NOT bot the followers. People use a tool to bot follow someone’s account and the account owner pays the price for SOMEONE ELSE bot following THEIR account do you not understand how this is wrong? It is entirely out of my control i cant stop someone from spamming bots to follow my account and the enforcement team knows this. Like i could find someone to bot follow someone’s account and result in their account getting banned how is that even legal or fair? I understand there is nothing you can do to help except send the same enforcement link which doesnt do anything as my appeal was already denied but i am posting this to spread awareness to other players that may have the same issue. Microsoft need to fix this immediately it is wrong to permanently ban someone for someone else bot following their account making me lose all my games and content i have paid for and all my progress over 16+ years with 111k gamerscore.
