How do i get reinstated as an Xbox ambassador?

I loved being an ambassador but quite few months ago i lost my status. It said i was removed but i never broke any guidelines. I apparently had a 7 day ban i didn't even know i had. My boyfriend told me he reported something i said as a joke and now ive been banned for ages. I have tried emailing xboxambs multiple times but nothing.

Anyone know how to get it back? It was my pride and joy.

If you had been able to submit a case review and the enforcement team overturned the suspension, you would need to email staff about rejoining. xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces).

If the appeal was denied or was never submitted, then you would not be eligible to rejoin.

If you know who your CM was, you can reach out to them. Otherwise, you'll want to send an email to L: xboxambs@microsoft.com to contact Ambassador staff.

The Only reason I can really think of is a suspension or violation of terms of service, don't think they remove ambassadors from the program because of inactivity, because I have friends that were inactive for over 2 years and they're still part of it, so check your enforcement history or email them from the email that Obsessive Power posted, hope you get it sorted out and good day. 😊

Fyi if you had a violation (including suspension). and was still in the program there was a bug in the system that prevented removal it was earlier this year they did a mass removal of affected accounts that were supposed to be removed but weren't
