    This page at the Microsoft account site will let you change the types of e-mails and other ads you receive. Scroll to the bottom and look for "Promotional communiations".

    How do I get a credit for the new promotion?

    Hello again, unfortunately does not work this way, do not know the rules of the promotion but they are usually explained on the Microsoft website.

    The last image you send usually refers to console funding, where you pay a monthly amount and have the console and the Ultimate Game Pass, in this case is All Access.

    To purchase the console with All Access click on "Find a retailer."

    Hello Celebean, when you're referring to "new promotions", you're referring to Microsoft store promotions, if yes, you don't need your console for that, promotions can be accessed through the Xbox website when you sign in with your account on the Xbox website, if there are active promotions they will appear.
