    Before sending it in try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. I have known it to fix this issue many many times. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of
    the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test the results.

    If that doesn't work here are the numbers for the US and Canada.

    she moved in with me at my house in whiterun right after we got married. Since then, i've gotten houses in other cities, i've built 3 new houses with beds for us and the kids, but still no option to move. So i'm pretty much stuck in whiterun
