    I cant access GTA Online because my permission. Isnt available. And i have a subscription to Game Pass Ultimate,please get in touch with me at ASAP.

    You will have to sign back into your account after doing the factory reset. Just make sure you choose "Reset and keep my games & apps." The games and apps will still be there. By the way, please also check if your subscription is active from this link, https://account.microsoft.com/services/.

    its telling me that my settins were backed up to my hard drive ,they want me to either apply them or don't.

    what should i do ? apply them?
