How do i get past xbox.com sign in / out loop

Hello, I tried all of these options and still can't get past the sign in screen. Even signing in on my phone in a new browser did not work.

Same issue tonight. Signed into Xbox.com, but that Tactile app won't sign in. App is in a constant loop telling me to try to login to Xbox.com when I already am.
