    How do I get past the ssl certificate that keeps saying that it's unsafe


    I keep trying to get on to Xbox cloud gaming through my internet browser and my browser keeps telling me that the URL or the certificate is unsafe to use how do I bypass it so that I can play my games

    If I understood correctly, you want to add the certificate of your firewall doing the SSL inspection in the store of approved certification authority directly on your Xbox?

    To my knowledge, I don't think it is possible to manually add a certificate to the Xbox, unlike a computer.

    Try this steps one by one.

    • Clear SSL State.
    • Verify SSL Certificate (DNS settings haven’t fully propagated yet).
    • Check the System Time and Date.
    • Clear Browser Cache and Cookies.
    • Update Browsers to Latest Version.

    Just unboxed an xbox one s and i have this error cant get past it help!

    Error 0x80072F8F somehow hints at an issue with wrong time and dates or SSL certificate problems.

    So if your console is properly connected online and thus could get the proper time and date, it might be that Microsoft has trouble with an SSL certificate on their servers, and the only thing you can do is to wait until they get it fixed.

    If you somehow had the console up and running once, you can try to do an offline update with these instructions: https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/system-updates-solution

    If you never had the console running until you could sign in to the dashboard, you need to wait until Microsoft fixes it themselves. Please contact the support again if they have an update on the situation.
