    How do I get my Xbox one to stop launching One Guide?


    Settings > devices & connections > media remote > action. You can put it as no action.

    Or you can add launch app to whatever you use the most. Such as, for an example, I use Hulu the most you can have action to launch app and have App to Launch as Hulu. Or whatever app you use the most.
