How do i get my xbox live unbanned

I had someone jump in to a game with me who reported mewhen he was the on e harrassing and now my acount is suspened with no review. I have my account already paid for for the next 2 month. So do to someone else trolling i have to suffer because yalls reporting
system is trash. It makes no sense at all how you take something away that you Did Not PAY For .All over me saying we in this

It very much depends on the ban, if its a relatively short ban you could just sit it out and wait for the ban to end. To find out why you were banned check out the enforcement pages:

From there you should be able to see why you were banned, the length of the ban and possibly submit a case for them to review the ban.

they tell you how long / why you get banned, you should look in your email

You can submit a case review with support and they will review the ban and see if you commited a violation.
