how do i get my xbox app on window 11 to work i have tried evrything

Microsoft what is going on with this, Did a full reinstall of Windows 11 and every other game launcher works fine, Xbox app is now literally locking up my computer with slow launches and I have to reboot to get out of it. everything I have tried doesn't work, repair, reinstall the Xbox app. Can not use Xbox ultimate on my Windows 11 PC. Was working before I reinstalled everything. Whats the fix?

I cannot get the Xbox Console Companion to stay open because my Xbox One X is not working at present and is not plugged in or attached to my network.

As for Xbox App I spent over an hour with Xbox MS support and the agent tried all the fixes and methods that I had already tried from the posts and articles on how to fix the Xbox App Sign In problem. None of them worked for the support agent either. So the Xbox support person sent me over to the Windows support folks and there an agent tried several things (powershell, System config, Services etc.) and none worked for him either.

So the Windows support agent got into a Remote Quick Access session, tried several things as I watched and then ended up REINSTALLING Windows 11 for me. He (and I) thought that "should" fix the problem with a FRESH OS beyond just the update to Windows 11.

Well, this is one for the record books, the fresh Windows 11 install DID NOT FIX THE Xbox App problem. Same thing, not able to SIGN IN and therefore NOT ABLE to access Xbox Game Pass for PC at all.

I'm stumped and have now no idea what to do/try next.. It's pretty clear to me that the Xbox App has MAJOR problems and I'm wondering if any Windows 11 updates will fix it. BTW after the "fresh" OS install I did check for (and found) updates available and installed them all. Still no fix for the Xbox App....Stunned is a mild word for what I'm experiencing.

I'm fearful that the only solution is to reformat my C:\ drive and reinstall Windows 11 on a freshly cleaned drive. But I'm very reluctant to do that for Xbox App due to the obvious two to three weeks of reinstalling games and apps and stuff that is required after a clean start.

HELP...I need a Windows 11 "hail Mary"...

Thank you for replying! all of the Xbox apps are updated, and I am on windows 11 21H2, I tried after updating the Xbox app and my computer, but it still doesn't work.
