The LIVE message re-directs you to XCL.Xbox.com/Beta but that just redirects you to an article that is just an instructional page that has all the steps you need to follow. You need to
log on to XCL.Xbox.com (when the site is up and running), click on the Beta tab, click Claim Loot, and redeem the code provided. The site is clearly under heavy traffic with a lot of eager Beta testers waiting to claim their prizes (Avatar Beta item, XP, etc.),
so if you can't get access to the site wait a few hours and try again. Please be patient as thousands of people are attempting to access the site at the same time. *NOTE* Your Gamer Tag would had to have been registered for the Beta Dashboard
Update to have access to the XCL Beta tab.

The 2 preorders would count as punches on your games on demand punchcard. You would need 1 more eligible purchase to complete the offer and receive the credits.

Support can check your account, but keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/). Therefore, your For Honor purchase went toward progressing MyVIP. Your Mass Effect
Purchase, as a pre-order, was not eligible for MyVIP, but did award one punch on the Games on Demand offer, which requires three punches to complete.

On that MyRewards page, you will also find the MyStatement, which will list all your Credit and Deposit events on your account. You currently have some Credits pending in your account; since we only automatically deposit at 5000 or more pending Credits,
they have not been deposited into your Microsoft Account. At 1000 or more pending Credits, you can request a scheduled deposit from the MyRewards page.
