How do I get my PC Version?

I preordered the game last week.The Xbox One version downloaded but no PC version to be found.Checked the store and my Purchases but no code to use or anything I can find.Any help?

The LIVE message re-directs you to XCL.Xbox.com/Beta but that just redirects you to an article that is just an instructional page that has all the steps you need to follow. You need to
log on to XCL.Xbox.com (when the site is up and running), click on the Beta tab, click Claim Loot, and redeem the code provided. The site is clearly under heavy traffic with a lot of eager Beta testers waiting to claim their prizes (Avatar Beta item, XP, etc.),
so if you can't get access to the site wait a few hours and try again. Please be patient as thousands of people are attempting to access the site at the same time. *NOTE* Your Gamer Tag would had to have been registered for the Beta Dashboard
Update to have access to the XCL Beta tab.

Ok if you purchased the Digital Version, you should be able to find the PC version already installed or in store. Make sure you are signed in on the same account as your Xbox live account on your Windows 10 device. Hope this helped

May I know if your Windows PC user account login with a Microsoft account or if it is just a Local Account?

If your User account login with Microsoft account then follow the below steps:

1. Select the Reset password link on the sign-in screen. If you use a PIN instead, see PIN sign-in issues. If you're using a work device that's on a network, you may not see an option to reset your password or PIN. In that case, contact your administrator.

2. Answer your security questions.

3. Enter a new password.

4. Sign in as usual with the new password.

I hope this will help to reset your Windows password.

Thanks for the response. I have an XBox account setup from my secondary Gmail address as my nephew long ago took over my old xbox account on my primary Gmail.

When I log my on my PC (Windows 10), it is associated with my XBox One secondary account. So when I log into the Microsoft account using my secondary account, I believe it thinks I am referring to my console account. When I list Deep Rock Galactic in the
store. It lists the XBox One version and the PC version but the PC version has a small X next to it. If I buy it I may get both versions at once. If this is the case, can both of us play with each other from that 1 purchase? And how do I get the PC version
from the store to my PC?
