How do I get my original debit card to work again

I got it a Xbox 360 and I tried make the signature of a month Xbox Live, but on the first time something happened and not work, so I tried again but I put for 12 months and work and was debited of my Credit Card, after 2 month was debited again one month
of my Credit Card, How can I fix this?

Well, after a chat with online help, it turned out that MS do not officially support debit cards. It sometimes works, sometimes dont. Nothing they or I can do. Unless I either get a card with points or use a credit card. Annoying since my debit card has
always worked since 2009.

I just got a reply on the recovery form. They said they're unable to verify my account and they've locked it again. How are they unable to verify it? I literally gave them my debit card number, where I originally made the account, and my gamer tag. How is that not enough information?

You do not need a credit or debit card on your account if you use an Xbox 360. I purchase Xbox 360 & original Xbox games on my Xbox 360, and have never had a credit or debit card on my account. I only use gift cards.
