How about delete the hackers account, I have the name of another hacker, recently stole my cousins account and is even selling it, xbox gamertag of hacker is fritz6163, how about do something and get rid of the hackers

For call-back support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----Select See More Options then Subscription changes
Step 3----- Select Show Contact options
Step 4 ----Select Request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.

Thanks for the replay, unfortunately this doesn't help, I've been to this page a few times now but I cant seem to get further into the recovery process since the account that I'm trying to recover no longer seems to exist. I'm not sure how to contact Microsoft Xbox Support through the link without a the use of my old account.

Yes, unfortunately that’s the case
If maybe the hacked account was a Microsoft account, you could try to recover it

But as the hacker stole your Minecraft and then they migrated the account to a new Microsoft account
There is no way to know (from Microsoft side) which was the account used to migrate this Minecraft account
They only have the tools to work with Microsoft accounts
