    How do I get my money back???


    A little over a week ago I added £10 credit to my daughter’s account. It left my bank account but didn’t show up in my daughter’s balance. It still says ‘no balance’. The £15 I added previously worked and she should have some money left over from this too but there’s nothing! I have requested a refund from Microsoft twice but have been told that it is not eligible for a refund. What can I do to get this back?

    I know it’s not a huge amount of money but it’s the principle. I didn’t agree to just give Microsoft £10 for absolutely nothing in return. Thankfully I didn’t try to add a larger sum of money!
